Neurodynamics – BME 6938

Course Overview

The course provides a dynamical framework to study the brain using mathematical models and computer simulations with the aim of illustrating the fundamental principles of neuroscience. In particular, the aim of the course is to introduce the students to standard mathematical models of individual neurons and the synaptic events by which they communicate.
